Refund policy

At Victoria & Claire, we believe great sleep starts with feeling great about your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right—whether it’s the fit, feel, or style—we’re here to help. You may return any unused sleep masks and pillowcases within 100 days, and all other Victoria & Claire products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your rest and satisfaction are our priority, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and protective liners still attached.

Returns showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage may be declined and returned to sender.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our support team at: help.victoriaclaire@gmail.com Be sure to include your order number and a brief note about why you'd like to return the item.

Self-Service Returns

We offer a convenient Self-Service Return Portal to make the process as seamless as possible. Once we confirm the return shipping cost, our support team will send you a link to begin your return.

Please ensure you include a clear reason for your return along with supporting photos or documentation if necessary. Victoria & Claire reserves the right to decline returns that are incomplete or unsupported.

Once we receive your return, our Returns Team will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the outcome by email.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (such as an incorrect, damaged, or defective item).

After you initiate your return, we’ll email you the estimated return shipping cost for your approval. Once confirmed, we’ll send you the return link. The cost will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned and accepted.

Note: Delays caused by customs or import processing are outside our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

Bundled items must typically be returned as a full set. Partial returns from product bundles may not be accepted.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, Victoria & Claire will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you by email about whether your return has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days, minus the agreed return shipping fee.

Please note that refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or size, email us at: help.victoriaclaire@gmail.com Once your request is approved, we’ll send you an invoice for the return shipping cost and any applicable price difference. After payment is complete, we’ll provide you with a link to begin your return.

Please choose “Exchange” during registration. After we’ve received and approved your item, we’ll issue a store credit so you can reorder your preferred item directly from our website.

Return Denials

Victoria & Claire reserves the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy criteria. This includes items that are:
