Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives with missing or damaged items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. To process your request, we require the following:
order number
photos of the packaging (if damaged)
photo of the packing slip (for missing items)
description of the issue
Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Note on Packaging Damage
We carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the item itself remains intact and functional, it will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows your order was marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. You will also need to send us either a proof of loss or an official claim confirmation from the carrier.
Claims for packages marked “Delivered” must be filed within 7 days of the listed delivery date. After this period, we cannot guarantee resolution.
Order Modifications
Need to update your order? We’re happy to help!
You may request changes to your address, product, or quantity within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in the fulfillment process and we will no longer be able to make changes.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order enters the shipping process, we can no longer cancel it.
To cancel, please email us immediately with your order number so we can attempt to intercept it.
