Washing & Care

We recommend always using a washing bag and a pH-neutral liquid detergent designed for silk.

Follow these steps for the best results:


Washing:

  • Use the delicate or hand wash cycle at 30°C
  • Turn items inside out 
  • Wash colors separately
  • Do not rub directly on stains


Drying:

  • Do not spin dry or wring
  • Air or hang dry only
  • Do not tumble dry
  • For a soft finish, iron on low heat inside out once dry

Dos:

✔ Use silk-specific or pH-neutral detergent

✔ Use a protective washing bag

Don’ts:

✘ Avoid fabric softener, shampoo, or conventional detergents

✘ Don’t wring or tumble dry

Pro Tip:

Place a dry towel in the machine during the spin cycle to soak up excess moisture and speed up drying.

We suggest washing your pillowcase every 10 to 14 days to maintain optimal hygiene.

We recommend washing your silk essentials at 30°C—don’t worry, that’s enough to cleanse and eliminate bacteria. Thanks to the silver ions, which are 99.7% antibacterial, your items stay fresh and hygienic. Be sure to use our washing bags and a pH-neutral detergent. Higher temperatures can damage both the silk and the antibacterial silver ion treatment.

Our pillowcases and sleep masks are made from mulberry silk infused with silver ions, which eliminate 99.7% of bacteria. Our scrunchies are crafted from 100% 23 momme mulberry silk for the highest quality and durability.

Momme is a traditional Japanese unit used to measure the weight and quality of silk—the higher the momme, the better the quality. 23 momme is considered the highest grade available. All Victoria & Claire essentials are crafted from 100% mulberry silk at 23 momme for premium softness and durability.

STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a certification that ensures all products have been tested for harmful substances and are proven to be safe for human use. It guarantees ecological safety and confirms that only non-toxic materials are used.

We use advanced nanosilver technology to embed silver ions directly into the fibers. A silver ion is a single particle of the silver element—a natural mineral with powerful antimicrobial properties. It effectively kills 99.7% of bacteria and mold, preventing their growth and keeping your items fresh and clean.

Yes, it’s a well-established and certified antibacterial treatment. Our products have successfully passed all relevant tests and inspections to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Our research shows that the silver-infused properties of our products are most effective during the first 18 months, maintaining 99.7% antibacterial performance. After that period, a gradual reduction in effectiveness may occur.

No, silver ions cannot be washed out, as they are permanently infused into the silk fibers. They remain fully effective for 1.5 to 2 years, after which their activity gradually decreases.

To maintain optimal results and effectiveness, we recommend a lifespan of 1.5 to 2 years with proper care and washing.

If your order arrives with missing items or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a claim. Include your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), a photo of the packing slip (for missing items), and a brief description of the issue. Claims made after 7 days may not qualify for resolution.

Note on Packaging Damage:

We take great care in packing every order to ensure safe delivery. If the packaging is damaged in transit but the item itself is still in perfect condition, it will not be eligible for a return or replacement.

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. You’ll need to provide us with either proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier.
